5. Orders & Payments
- Placing Orders: Orders are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We may cancel orders for stock, pricing, or policy compliance issues.
- Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking. Transactions are processed via secure third-party gateways.
- Pricing: All prices in INR, inclusive of taxes. Prices subject to change without notice.
6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility: Unused/unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Perishables or personalized items are non-returnable.

- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

All content (logos, text, images) is owned by Earthly. Unauthorized use of trademarks or content is prohibited.
9. User Conduct
Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal/unlawful use of the site.
- Data mining or disrupting site functionality.
- Misrepresenting affiliation with Earthly.
