- Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
- For damaged/defective items: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video as proof.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
- Seasonal or limited-edition products marked “Final Sale.”
Refunds
- Approved Returns:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, or wallet).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Defective/Damaged Items:
- We’ll offer a full refund or free replacement after verifying the issue. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- We’ll email a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping.
- Package the item securely, include the RA number, and ship it to:CopyDownload[Your Warehouse/Office Address]
Note: Returns sent without prior approval or an RA number will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
